Job Summary
The Construction Manager will lead site execution, ensure project delivery within time, cost, and quality standards, and manage subcontractors, engineers, and site teams in compliance with Saudi building regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations and project schedules
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC)
- Supervise engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Control quality, safety, and productivity
- Coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders
- Review drawings, BOQs, and construction methods
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 8+ years experience in large-scale construction
- Strong knowledge of Saudi construction standards
- Leadership and planning skills
