Job Summary
Responsible for cost control, project scheduling, claims, and contract management for construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules (Primavera / MS Project)
- Track progress and delays
- Prepare variation orders and claims
- Review contracts and BOQs
- Coordinate with consultants and clients
Requirements
- Engineering degree
- 5+ years experience in planning & contracts
- Strong in project controls
